Global Synthetics is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Altona, Victoria. This role is critical to the overall customer experience and is responsible for timely and accurate quote creation, order processing, as well as general servicing of customers and supporting our customer facing sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to inbound enquiries via phone and email.
• Accurately processing customer orders and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Preparing and placing customer orders and quotes, following up and ensuring accurate and delivery.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience while developing and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales oriented role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAP advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in transport, manufacturing, civil construction or a similar industry is advantageous.
