What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
