A retail company in Nova Scotia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent service to shoppers, assist in loyalty programmes, and support marketing efforts. Candidates should have GCE 'O' Levels and experience in customer service is preferred. This role requires working six days a week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
No experience candidates are welcomed
Familiar with MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service oriented
Able to work 6 days work week on rotating shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
