Job description

We are one of the largest North American Face-to-Face Acquisition companies who work with a list of distinguished non-profit clients such as the Canadian Red Cross, UNICEF, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, World Wildlife Fund, and Plan International Canada. We help them finance important projects by participating in community-based fundraising campaigns.

We are looking for a Customer Service – Fundraiser who is currently eligible to work in Canada. This individual would be an ambassador for one or more of our clients. They will connect our clientele with their true supporters by aligning them with the organization’s vision and goals. This position is perfect for anyone who has strong people skills, wants to make an impact in the world and wants to grow within a company. Expected Daily & Weekly Tasks :

  • Daily training and goal planning sessions with the team
  • Represent our clients and assist donors by providing information about processes and procedures in a positive and informational way
  • Develop and apply marketing and engagement strategies while increasing client awareness
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer information and perform data entry into the system
  • Perform additional duties as required and / or requested

Please note we have a 2-step interview process which includes a job shadow to confirm your eligibility for the position. This is NOT Multi-Level Marketing, Telemarketing, or Sales. We do NOT pay commission. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset but is not required.
