Responsibilities

• Process refunds and returns following company procedures and complete required forms.
• Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain sales tax-exempt records in accordance with company guidelines.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims and verify returns against refund slips before restocking.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Be available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
