A North American automotive company located in Alliston, Ontario, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Customs & Logistics. The role involves providing administrative support, customer interactions, tracking shipments, and preparing customs documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and 2 years of experience in a customs/logistics role. A College Diploma in Administration or related field is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Customs & Logistics will provide both customs and logistics administrative support to our Customs Specialist team. The CSR role will involve administrative support as required by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
