Our client, a company specializing in retail, is looking for a customer service claims agent on a 12-month contract.

Workplace Laval

Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. in person

The incumbent acts as the first point of contact for operators and customers in all matters relating to insurance claims. He / she handles claims following bodily injury, breakage or damage to company property / buildings or third-party property, as well as automobile fleet claims.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource person for operators in the event of a claim for bodily injury, breakage or damage to company or third-party property / buildings, as well as fleet claims;
  • Coordinate claims files according to established protocols (e.g. billing and / or reimbursement);
  • Follow-up with operations, customers and insurer and / or claims adjuster;
  • Handle telephone complaints related to customer service claims;
  • Synthesize documents required for the production of various statistical reports;
  • Answer calls and e-mails;
  • Provide administrative support for the Insurance and Claims Department;
