A leading home furnishing retailer is seeking a Customer Service Center Representative in Coquitlam. You will provide excellent service, assist customers with sales and returns, and address customer issues. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, maintains a positive attitude under pressure, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities. The Role:
As a Customer Service Center Representative, you are responsible for providing excellent service to all our customers. You will assist customers with sales, in-store pickups and returns as well as address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.

The hourly wage for this role will be between $17.85 - $18.40 per hour.
