Job summary

Savers is seeking friendly Retail Store Associates to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. You will help customers and donors, support store operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

We offer comprehensive onboarding and opportunities for advancement within a growing network of thrift stores. As part of a team dedicated to sustainable reuse, you will help present merchandise, process donations, and maintain clean, organized floors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are valuable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors in-store.
• Support day-to-day store operations and assist teammates.
• Assist with merchandising, shelving, and signage to maintain store presentation.

At Savers / Value Village our Customer Service Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Retail Store Associates.
