• Previous retail, warehouse, and receiving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments of pet supplies and merchandise.
• Safely lift, move, and stock items up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly receiving area.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and carrying out tasks.
• Support sales floor team with restocking and merchandising.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service Associate/Receiver to join our team. The Receiver plays a key role in the smooth operation of our store by ensuring products are received, stocked, and ready for our customers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
