About the Position

Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Contact Center Team as Customer Service Agent. The candidate must reside in Canada, preferably Quebec. We are looking for motivated team members who enjoy providing quality customer service in a collaborative environment. We rely on open‑minded individuals who bring value to our organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers, receiving and processing requests based on designated program specifications via phone and/or ticketing systems.
  • Interact with customers to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about accounts, orders, websites, products, shipping instructions, etc.
  • Coordinate shipment and returns.
  • May perform other clerical duties such as writing letters, printing, filling and folding, etc.

Qualifications
  • 6 months to one year experience in a customer service environment.

  • French and English are a must. The candidate must have excellent English communication as they will be dealing with clients within and outside Quebec.
