Overview

Full Time – Permanent. 8‑Hour Day Shift. Title: Customer Service Agent (CSR). Start Date: As soon as possible. Location: 315 Knowlton Rd, Knowlton, QC. Reports to: Planning and Supplying Director. Salary: To be discussed, depending on experience.

We are industry leaders in contract manufacturing and the largest deodorant manufacturer in North America. Our commitment to excellence and innovation is unwavering. We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent who drives operational strategy and builds lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Coordination – Communicate critical information (launch dates, specific instructions) to all relevant departments.
  • Company Ambassador – Represent the organization in all client‑related interactions, including participation in client presentations for CS&OP.
  • Resolution & Support – Develop tailored solutions and support in resolving issues related to shipping, purchasing, production, and accounting.
  • Relationship Ownership – Own the client relationship, addressing issues with a positive, urgency‑focused attitude and escalating when appropriate.
  • Inventory Control – Maintain target inventory levels and coordinate resolutions for excess or aging inventory.
  • Finance & Costing – Update client cost sheets, verify price changes, and provide accurate documentation regarding billable units.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities within the client service team, driving change.
  • Demand Management – Forecast, capacity analysis, and inventory control, monitoring essential performance indicators (OTIF, attainment, sales, inventory).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related business operations role in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent customer experience management, problem‑solving, and escalation judgment skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
