A community organization in Elmwood, Canada, is seeking a friendly Customer Services Administrator to ensure warm interactions with residents and manage administrative tasks on weekends. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong organizational skills and be tech-savvy. We’re seeking a friendly, organised Customer Services Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Elmwood Memory Care Home & Hospital on Fridays and weekends. Working Fridays (8.30am – 5.00pm), Saturdays and Sundays (10.00am – 4.00pm), you’ll ensure our residents, their whānau and visitors are greeted with warmth while keeping weekend operations running smoothly.
Alongside welcoming residents, families and visitors, you’ll provide vital administrative support to support the smooth running of our facility.

This is a role where compassion meets organisation – ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive impact every day.
You’ll bring outstanding customer service skills, a “can-do” attitude and excellent organisational abilities. Tech‑savvy and detail‑focused, you’ll be confident working independently and using your initiative to resolve issues, as weekend cover often means being the main point of contact on site. Previous healthcare or aged care experience is an advantage, but most important is patience, empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
