Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $23.00/hr

Shift : Flexible 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Shifts available : Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to cover a sick leave. The position is temporary, but on-going until further notice. The ideal candidate has e xperience with SAP , and is comfortable doing r epetitive t asks (data entry, filing) .

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

May assist other customer service reps with

• Receives and processes customer orders/releases, checks for variation and notifies dept. supervisor of any changes
• Contacts customers in advance to notify of late or incomplete shipments.
• Solves any cumulative ship discrepancies through shipping, inventory and customers
• Advises dept. manager of changes in releases.

Position Requirements:

• Related work experience, preferred
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Performing in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Cooperative with fellow employees
• Flexible to work overtime (weekdays/weekends)
• Loyal and positive attitude towards company/co-workers
• This person will also be required to go into the plant so they will need to have safety shoes.
