Responsibilities

• Act as an excellent customer service ambassador by increasing customer loyalty, being the face of the company, greeting all customers, meeting their needs and performing high quality sales.
• Perform sales through continuously creating sale opportunities to reach goals; such as, giving our customers advice on products and services or utilizing promotions.
• Ensure that communication between the customer and all post-sales follow-ups are met and up to date; such as, delivery status and deadlines.
• Participate in inventory management and receiving goods.
• Ensure that the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store are met at all times.
• Duties; The Customer Sales Representative drives optimization of the shop’s retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service, including: Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers.
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers.
• Deliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of peers to promote success.
• Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals.
• Maximize the safety and well-being of the shop employees and to be a good corporate citizen in the communities within which the shop operates.
