About the role

As a Customer Representative and Sales in Porto, Portugal (Work at Home) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. You will also actively participate in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in service improvements provided to all users.

What you will do in this role

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross‑sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Customer support for post‑booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Support customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentation, prices, etc.

Your qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1)
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Proven computer skills and diligent work ethic
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skill in multi‑tasking
