Customer Project Delivery Manager Description
Our client in manufacturing is seeking a Customer Project Delivery Manager to serve as the primary link between customers and internal teams, ensuring high-volume order production runs smoothly and are delivered on time and on budget. In this customer-focused role, you’ll manage day-to-day communication, act as the escalation point when needed, track hundreds of active SKUs using internal systems and team updates, and coordinate with production departments to keep orders moving forward. You’ll proactively identify and address potential delays while mentoring junior project managers and supporting process improvements. While the role doesn’t require deep technical expertise, it does demand strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to coach others on effective customer communication.
