• Minimum 5 years of related experience preferably in a utility environment.
• Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

• Develop and manage a centralized SharePoint site for team collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Create and manage upskilling plans and develop onboarding material.
