Job summary

No Frills in Vancouver is seeking friendly Store Colleagues to deliver great customer service, stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep our store safe and welcoming. You will interact with customers, learn our products, and help meet daily needs.

No prior retail experience is required; training is provided. You should be flexible to work across departments, including days, evenings and weekends, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role supports our community and offers opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
