Job summary

Your Independent Grocer (a Loblaw banner) is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support promotions while ensuring a clean, safe department space.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
