Job summary

Giant Tiger is hiring a Store Associate in Greenfield Park, QC. You will deliver excellent customer service, process a variety of transactions at the register, and support replenishment and merchandising tasks to maintain an organized store floor.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong communication to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and sales floor
• Accurately record transactions on cash registers, mainline, and SCOs
• Replenish stock around the checkout area and ensure proper signage
• Monitor hot-selling items, complete markdowns and SKU changes
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Ensure compliance with Tobacco and Lottery sale policies
• Follow health and safety guidelines and keep the checkout area clean
• Support loss prevention best practices
