Job summary

No Frills is hiring Store Team Members to provide excellent customer service while keeping shelves stocked and displays inviting at all times. You’ll participate in daily tasks, maintain promotions, and help customers find products efficiently.

No previous experience is required as training is provided, and flexibility is needed to cover days, evenings and weekends in a busy retail environment across Canada.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
