Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required, communicating with others to ensure floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, moves feature merchandise to modular locations and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas.
• Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking, applies product protection, and sets and completes modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
