Giant Tiger in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a Cashier for a part-time temporary role. You will manage checkout transactions, assist customers, replenish stock near the registers, and uphold health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a high level of customer service at the checkouts.
• Accurately records customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
• Ensuring the checkout work area is kept clean and organized.
• Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.
• Ensuring compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
