OnSite Rentals in York, Ontario is hiring a Rental Specialist (Hourly) to greet customers, help them choose the right equipment, and ensure rentals go out safely and on time.

You will inspect gear, perform basic maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe rental area while delivering friendly, efficient service. This role offers overtime eligibility, incentives, training, and a clear growth path to manager or technician.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, rental, or similar.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work hands-on with equipment.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (G class).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting equipment and renting it.
• Explain safety procedures and operation of equipment.
• Prepare, check-in/out, and inspect equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized rental area.
