Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform various sales and customer services at a retail window.
• Provide support by greeting customers and explaining store layout.
• Handle customer purchases and returns related to products and services.
• Maintain appearance of the retail lobby by arranging displays.
• Conduct product inventories and report discrepancies.
• Verify presort and bulk mailings, compute mailer's credit balances.
• May verify identification for passport duties.
