Type: Full Time - Permanent (Monday-Friday and Saturday-Wednesday schedules available)

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally and courteously, actively listening to concerns.
  2. Record and update customer information in the database.
  3. Provide support and solutions following company customer service policies.
  4. Collaborate with teams to stay informed about products, services, and policies.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  4. French language skills are an asset.
  5. Proficient computer skills, comfortable handling multiple screens and tabs.
  6. Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
  7. Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and accurately input information.
  8. Capable of working independently and in a team.
  9. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  10. Flexible to work 40 hours weekly between 6:00 am and 11:30 pm, including occasional weekends, with schedules for both Monday-Friday and Saturday-Wednesday.
