Customer Experience Representative (10 Month Contract)

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Mississauga

Compensation: $20.00 / hour

Description

This is a 10‑month contract position beginning in March with the potential for extension based on business needs. The role is fully remote after training but will require you to be in person at our Mississauga HQ for between one to two weeks for onboarding.

The position works Wednesday – Sunday. You will use the Gorgias customer experience platform to provide immaculate pre‑purchase and post‑purchase support to our multicultural customer base.

  • Providing customers with an immaculate pre‑purchase and post‑purchase experience via the Gorgias platform.
  • Surfacing data from our CX platform, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities, then using those insights to drive positive changes.
  • Thinking outside the box to create one‑of‑a‑kind brand experiences for our customers.
  • Keeping up to date with other departments by attending meetings and checking our internal communication platform.
  • Contributing to and furthering our culture of excellence.

  • A degree, diploma, or a wealth of experience in Customer Service.
