Job summary

Indigo is hiring for a store role in Canada. You will conduct inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandise the store to create a visually appealing environment for customers.

You will engage with customers, curate product selections, and align with leadership on annual goals while promoting a warm, joyful shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset

• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings
• Available to support the daily operations of the store, before or after the store closes (5am or 10pm start time) as needed
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset
