Job summary

Indigo in Canada’s Ontario stores is seeking a customer-focused team member to create a welcoming environment and share product stories with shoppers. You’ll engage customers on the sales floor, curate collections for individuals, and uphold visual standards while supporting the health and safety culture.

The role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings.
• Must have 6am availability a minimum of once a week (Tuesday-Friday)
