Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store experience. You will assist customers, keep carts available, and support promotions while maintaining neat departments and health/safety standards.

No previous experience is required as training is provided; you can learn on the job and grow with a unionized team across various departments and shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort working in a variety of settings, including outdoors.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring carts are available for customer use.
• Return carts to designated areas in store and in the parking lot.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and maintain health and safety standards.
