Job Description

Customer Experience Associate performs a broad range of customer service transactions and provides information and advice to customers, fostering relationships and ensuring a positive experience.

In This Role, You Will
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following TD’s standardized procedures and Code of Conduct.
  • Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
  • Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • A proactive, accurate, and detail‑oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a calm, courteous manner when interacting with diverse customers.
