Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will process financial transactions, understand customer needs, promote banking solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will also participate in team activities and contribute to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures and regulations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve sales and service goals.
• Provide personalized advice on banking solutions.
• Promote a diverse and effective team environment.
• Maintain communication and update routine activities.
• Suggest operational improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or 1+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
