Your Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the dedicated guide for our clients throughout their Richter Guardian journey. From the first conversation to onboarding, and through ongoing care, you will deliver a white‑glove experience that inspires trust and confidence.

This role blends client relationship management, service excellence, and coordination with our cyber analysts and service partners. Your mission is to ensure clients feel protected, understood, and supported at every step.

What You’ll Do
  • Support prospective clients during the decision‑making process.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and a reassuring first experience.
  • Act as the central point of contact, always responsive and attentive.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to enhance protection.
  • Conduct ongoing touchpoints and check‑ins to reinforce trust and value.
  • Capture client feedback and help shape the future of Richter Guardian.
Qualifications

3–5 years in client relationship management, customer success, professional services, or luxury client care.

Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or wealth management is an asset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.

A service‑first mindset with the discretion to support high‑net‑worth clients and families.

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with precision and care.

Proficiency with collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, CRM platforms).
