As a representative of our agency, you’ll play a key role in helping families understand and access the protection they deserve. You’ll educate clients on their benefits, answer important questions, and ensure they have the peace of mind that comes from being truly covered.

Build lasting client relationships grounded in communication and care
Support policyholders with claims, coverage updates, and benefit explanations
Present complex information in a clear, accessible way
Collaborate with leadership to enhance client satisfaction and team performance
Serve as a dependable point of contact for all member inquiries
Engage in ongoing mentorship, leadership training, and professional development
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Empathetic, positive, and driven to make an impact
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Experience in customer service, insurance, or sales is an asset (but not required)
Eligible to work in the United States or Canada
