Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their repair experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive interaction for customers as they navigate the collision repair process.
  • Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s).
  • Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs).
  • Outbound calls to customers with status updates.
  • Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries.
  • Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes.
  • Assist with accounts receivable.
  • Assist with in person customer service as well as office work.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Body Shop Connect, Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi would be an asset
  • Experience with Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
