Randstad Canada is seeking a Small Engine Mechanic to join our client at the main shop in Saint-Hubert, QC. This full-time role supports maintenance of railway equipment and related hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and small combustion engine systems.
You will diagnose, repair, and overhaul diverse tools and machinery, promote safety and reliability, and contribute to team knowledge sharing in a 25-employee SME environment.

Your Role: The Behind-the-Scenes Expert for Our Field Teams
Within a dynamic, fast-growing SME of 25 employees, you will be the technical pillar of the tool department. You will ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and small combustion engine equipment.
Candidate Profile: Resourcefulness Over Diplomas. There is no specific school program for maintaining this type of tool: all technical training is fully provided in-house! We are looking for a hands‑on, curious, and problem‑solving individual.
