Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex customer concerns with patience and courtesy.

  • Document customer interactions and update account information in our internal CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest potential process improvements.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-channel support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

  • Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions offered.
