  • McDonald’s is recruiting a Customer Care Assistant to join its restaurant team in Elgin.

The role

You will support customers in the dining area and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You will assist families and children, including handing out activity items where appropriate.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across dining areas and customer facilities.

You will support special events and customer focused activities in the restaurant.

You will communicate regularly with managers about customer satisfaction and any issues raised.

You will work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Working pattern

This is a full time role with guaranteed minimum hours.

Shifts will be scheduled to meet restaurant operating hours.
