Responsibilities include daily cleaning, equipment checks, safety inspections, and coordinating with teammates. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, with a reliable, team-oriented work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

• Supply Management: monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Client Areas: keep changing rooms, saunas, ice baths and common areas clean and welcoming.
• Collaboration: coordinate cleaning schedules with staff and support operations.
• Special Projects: assist with deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins to maintain a spotless environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain wellness equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.
• Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety checks to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is always available.
• Client Areas: Ensure client areas, including changing rooms, saunas, ice baths, and common areas, are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to coordinate cleaning schedules and support overall facility operations.
• Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance.
