Job summary

Kinaxis seeks a contract Curriculum Developer to design and deliver learning experiences for enterprise software. You will build labs, e-learning, ILT, assessments and align content with Kinaxis product workflows.

You will collaborate with product experts, manage curriculum projects, and ensure accessibility while supporting a global learning strategy. Remote work options available across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design, education, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years creating curriculum, training content or courseware.
• Experience designing e-learning, ILT, labs, simulations and assessments for enterprise software.
• Able to learn complex products quickly and explain them clearly.
• Strong communication, writing, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and define objectives and solutions.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences and assets (e-learning, ILT, vILT, labs, assessments).
• Build hands-on labs and technical exercises for real product workflows.
• Apply instructional design best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders; manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Develop content to standards and document work for maintenance.
