The University of Ottawa is inviting applications for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) to support ART3953 Drawing IV: expressivity at Main Campus during the 2026 Fall Semester. You will assist the professor with course research and preparation, attend every class, participate in individual and group critiques, and help students with their projects.

Pay rates are $33.83 or $53.31 per hour depending on undergraduate/graduate status; work is in person, with 48.75 total hours

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.
