Qualifications

• Student in a law program with advanced knowledge in civil law, business law, competition law, consumer law, insolvency or environmental law.
• Bi-juridical training (civil law and common law) is an asset.
• French is the main working language.

Responsibilities

• Perform research mandates related to sustainable finance and climate litigation under supervision.
• Collaborate with NGOs and faculty on relevant legal projects.
• Hours and task allocation to be negotiated and signed prior to work.
