Job summary

The Canadian Brewhouse in Kitchener is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. No experience is required; we train you to work across a large made-in-house menu and support your growth.

You'll join a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with flexible hours, advancement opportunities, benefits, bonuses, staff discounts, and lifelong friendships. Training and teamwork are core to our culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training will cover the menu.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support the line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items to spec.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist other cooks and support daily kitchen operations.

• A passion for cooking - no experience necessary, we'll train you!
• Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge, as well as grow as an individual
• Dedication to learning a large menu with many in-house made items
• Ability to communicate effectively
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to keep your area maintained
• A drive to find solutions rather than point out problems
