Job summary

Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC, is hiring a Part Time Radiation Technologist, CT. The role requires CAMRT-credentialed technologists with CT specialty, to support CT exams and patient care in a busy hospital setting.

You will operate CT equipment, assist radiologists, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to departmental quality improvement while providing high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• CAMRT certification and advanced CT specialty with 1 year related experience.
• CPR/BCLS certification as required by site.
• Intravenous therapy training when required by site practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT examinations following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare patients, set up trays, obtain clinical history, and operate CT equipment.
• Monitor patient during procedures and ensure quality control of imaging data.
• Assist and educate staff and students as assigned.
