Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Radiology Technologist Diploma program and eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
• Recent, relevant experience in radiography and computed tomography (CT), completion of an accepted CT certificate program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform special procedures including Computerized Tomography (CT) and general medical imaging procedures.
• Receive and complete requisitions, forms, and reports.
• Prioritize workload, prepare and monitor supplies and equipment.
• Monitor patients and operate acquisition equipment and computerized patient data systems.
• Archive acquired images and assume in charge and shift-related responsibilities.
