Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Kirkland Lake is seeking a Medical Radiation Technologist to perform X-ray and CT procedures under the direction of medical professionals. Candidates must have an approved educational background, relevant certifications, and a minimum of three years of CT experience. An emphasis is placed on independent judgment and adherence to safety protocols in a unionized environment. This role requires availability for shifts including evenings and weekends. Salary is competitive and based on the OPSEU Collective Agreement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved educational program for Medical Radiological technologists.
• Minimum three years of CT experience is required.
• Bilingualism will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of technical procedures related to Medical Imaging.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures.
• Perform x-ray duties as assigned.
