Job summary

ebc is seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will manage Canadian and U.S. tax compliance, planning and reporting, while coordinating with cross-border stakeholders.

You will lead tax provisions and reviews, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to strategic tax planning for diversified operations. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or tax experience with corporate tax, audits, disputes and transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of Canadian and/or U.S. corporate tax.
• Proficient communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize accurate working papers for tax filings.
• Prepare tax provisions, estimates, instalments and returns for Canadian and U.S. entities.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries and monitor regulatory changes.
• Support structuring of joint ventures and cross-border tax planning.
• Collaborate with regional and national finance teams on tax projects.
