What You Bring:
  • A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative spirit and a knack for turning complex problems into elegant solutions.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact through technology and data, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role
  • Lead technical and process sustainment initiatives for Slate CRM.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials (documentation, videos).
  • Design and manage a Slate-integrated ticketing system and Jira board for larger projects.
  • Maintain user permissions and ensure system security.
  • Monitor Slate community updates and webinars to stay current on new features.
  • Serve as the Slate subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings.
  • Train external teams on Slate configuration (forms, queries, workflows, portals).
  • Collaborate with ITS on integrations (Boomi, Automic) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze institutional data to support operational decision-making within the Office of the Registrar.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using internal data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and deliver insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support data governance initiatives.
  • Contribute to predictive modeling and trend analysis.
  • Provide training on data tools and reporting best practices.
  • Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries.
  • Work with ITS and other departments to enhance data integration and accessibility.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Proficient in database applications and business systems, with a focus on effective reporting and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
