A leading charitable organization is seeking a part-time CRM Implementation Consultant to oversee the integration of their new CRM systems. This consultant will play a pivotal role in managing project deliverables, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing workflows. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience implementing CRM solutions for nonprofits, a passion for supporting women entrepreneurs, and exceptional organizational skills. With a competitive budget between CAD 70,000 and 80,000 for a one-year engagement, this role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission.
Who is The Forum?
The Forum is a Canadian charity that energizes, educates, mentors and connects women entrepreneurs to be wildly successful, promoting strengthened economies and thriving communities. We are proud to have supported over 6,100 women entrepreneurs since the pandemic began and have 22 years of experience supporting over 15,000 entrepreneurs across the country. About the role:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant with strong project management experience and expertise in CRM implementation to lead the successful deployment and integration of our new CRM system (most likely Hubspot and Salesforce) and related technologies. This role will work closely with our implementation partner and internal teams to ensure data integrity, streamline AI workflows, and support operational efficiencies.
We are looking for an independent consultant to join us for one year on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours a week). Ideally, you have implemented CRM systems for other not-for-profit organizations or charities.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to submit a project or engagement proposal, which will be used to assess your approach & alignment, relevant experience, and budget with our organizational goals.
